1. Contract with the Customer
No contract shall exist between you, the customer, and Cooper S Imports until an email has been sent confirming dispatch of your order. Cooper S Imports reserves the right to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors such as where false personal or payment details have been provided.

2. Availability and Pricing
The availability and pricing of goods on the Cooper S Imports website (www.coopersimports.com) are valid at the time of your visit and are subject to change without notice. There is an additional charge, dependent on the item(s) ordered, for postage and packing. This charge will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. In the unlikely event that the items you have ordered are unavailable, we shall email you a notification of the current status of your order and a) inform you the estimated time of delivering your item(s) and b) give you the opportunity to cancel your item(s) or order.

4. Delivery of Goods
When you have placed an order with Cooper S Imports online, every effort will be made to dispatch your goods within the next working day (24 hours) once cleared payment has been received. If the order cannot be dispatched within 3 working days, you will be notified by email and appropriate arrangements will be made regarding the delivery of the order. Charges will be made to your credit card, bank account or PayPal account when the order is placed. If necessary, Cooper S Imports may deliver individual items from a single order separately. In the case that your item(s) is unavailable you will be a) sent an email notification of the current status of your order and b) offered the opportunity to cancel your item(s) or order. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

5. Data Protection Notice
Cooper S Imports will hold your contact details on its database. Your data will never be sold or released to a third party to use for their own purposes. Cooper S Imports will retain your data and will use it only to communicate with you on Cooper S Imports related issues and to provide information that may be of use to you for the future.

6. Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in pristine condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for and organise return postage. Please note that a handling charge may also be deducted from your return, if this is the case you will be notified by email and the handling charge will be clearly indicated.
